· All bins are provided as seven (7) day hire or less. This includes supply and removal/replacement once during this term. Removal/replacement ends the original hire, and a new hire commences for a replacement bin. If a bin is required for eight (8) days or more, each additional day will incur a charge of $33.00 (including GST). Day of installation is day 1 of hire.
· If bin relocation on site without exchange of bin is required, a charge of $88.00 (including GST) applies.
· Bins are provided in good condition. Excessive damage will incur additional charges (to be determined related to incident). Fair wear and tear expected.
· If bin placement requires Council permits, this is to be arranged by hirer prior to booking.
· The bin will be placed at the direction of the hirer. It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure pedestrian access and utility pits are not obstructed. Further, the hirer will be responsible for ensuring the minimum exclusion zone to powerlines. The lifter on truck is able to reach 5.5 metres vertically.
· Bins are only to be loaded to the height of the rim. No items are to protrude outside of the rim.
· The safe keeping of the bin is the responsibility of the hirer. Any losses or costs incurred by Chester Skip Bins Pty Ltd will be borne by the hirer.
